Information you share
If you use website chat, we store the name and messages you submit so our team can reply and keep the conversation available in your browser. The browser also keeps an anonymous chat token to help you reopen that conversation. An administrator can read and answer these messages.
What we use it for
We use your messages to answer enquiries about downloads and services. If you choose the order-request form or the Telegram bot's order buttons, we store your name, requested service, device model and WhatsApp number so our team can contact you. A request is not a confirmed order or payment.
When the site owner enables the AI assistant, recent website-chat messages or questions sent to the customer Telegram bot, together with the business's published information, are sent to Google Gemini to prepare a reply; recognizable contact numbers and email addresses in chat text are masked before sending. A human can read or answer your chat. If the owner pairs the Telegram bot, website-chat messages and order requests are also sent to the owner's private Telegram account for support. Do not send passwords, OTPs, IMEIs, card details or remote-access credentials.
File Shop customer accounts and payments
When you create a File Shop account, we store your name, email address and a one-way salted password hash, not your plain-text password. We also store your purchase history, payment method, expected amount, receiving account snapshot, the transaction reference and sending account you provide, any optional screenshot, and the Admin's payment-review decision. This information is used to review manual payments, provide order support and restrict digital delivery to your signed-in account. Admins can see submitted details and proof images. File Shop orders and proofs are not automatically sent to Gemini or Telegram by this feature. Do not include PINs, OTPs, passwords, API keys or wallet recovery words in a screenshot.
Order data and customer accounts are held in the site's SQLite database. Product files, covers and optional payment proofs are kept in a separate private directory outside the web root. Paid files are delivered through a signed-in order check after Admin approval; an external HTTPS link may be forwarded once a buyer reaches the third-party host. Your browser uses HttpOnly cookies for customer and Admin sessions. A short-lived one-time reset link may be manually issued by Admin after checking your identity; the site does not send automated reset emails.
Hosting and third-party links
The website and database are hosted wherever the site owner deploys this application. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, the unlock server, external downloads, bKash and Binance lead to other providers with their own privacy practices. Manual payments are performed in the provider's own app, not on this website.
Data requests
To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us using WhatsApp or Telegram. Provide enough information to identify your conversation or File Shop order. Payment records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute purposes.
